The villa is now elegantly renovated, equipped with every comfort and is provided of autonomous energy plants according to an eco-sustainable perspective.

Where we are
Even if the eye is lost in the countryside and nature, Villa Leopoldina l'Orto is a 10-minute drive from the nearest village, where all the services can be found. It's a strategic location for visiting all the main cities of Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria.
A few kilometers away is the Arezzo Equestrian Center, one of the main reference points for horse riding in Tuscany.
The Bedrooms
Upstairs in the main building are present 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom and two further bedrooms (one double and one triple) which share a bathroom with shower.
The dovecote tower houses a further double bedroom with an antique flavour equipped with private bathroom.
Finally, a stone annex houses a triple room with bathroom.
All Bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV.
The Common Areas
On the ground floor there are a large dining room and a living room with fireplace. There are numerous other common areas such as the porticoed terrace and the large entrance.
The Swimming Pool
The park surrounding the villa houses the swimming pool, 12 x 8 meters, with Roman steps, surrounded by a pergola and an annex with kitchen.
The Kitchen
On the ground floor of the main building there is a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with the most modern and functional appliances. Another kitchen is located in the annex next to the swimming pool.
The park
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful and large park, with a barbecue area with a wood-burning oven and a comfortable gazebo. The panorama of the Tuscan countryside all around offers emotions of sunsets on the horizon, fields of sunflowers and cultivated fields everywhere, vegetable gardens and many surprises that only nature can offer.
